Architecture

We built the AI Email Agent as a modular system with three core components:

1. Content Generator — Uses context about the prospect to generate personalized email content
2. Reply Analyzer — Classifies incoming replies as interested, not interested, out of office, or bounced
3. Sequence Optimizer — Automatically adjusts send times and follow-up intervals based on engagement data

Results

After launching to beta users, we saw:
